Wesley holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of the People, where he excelled in strategic decision-making and global business management. He is currently finalizing his Master of Science in Information Technology (MSc IT) at the same institution, showcasing his dedication to technological advancement. In addition, he has a Bachelor's and Diploma in Commerce (Commercial Computing) from the Papua New Guinea University of Technology, cementing his foundation in commerce and computing.

As a seasoned Software and Systems Engineering Integrator, Wesley has over 20 years of executive leadership experience. He has served as a director, ICT engineer, and technical consultant across numerous organizations, driving transformative projects. Notable accomplishments include:

Football Administration
In addition to his technological expertise, Wesley is a pivotal figure in the growth of football in Papua New Guinea. Beginning his journey as a coach for Gelle Hills Football Club in 2004, he has since held roles with the Papua New Guinea Senior Men’s National Team, including Assistant Coach and Team Manager up to 2017.
Wesley's passion for youth development is evident in his tenure as Interim Chairperson of the IEA Schools Soccer and his leadership of the Schools Football Association Port Moresby (SFAPOM) as President. Currently serving as President of the Papua New Guinea Schools Football Association (PNGSFA), he continues to champion youth participation, promote inclusivity, and elevate the sport's influence nationwide.
